- On May 6, 2020, in Rurudo's project to create an assistant character, she emerged as a prototype.
- On May 13, 2020, on a public Rurudo tweet, LOLO-chan 1.3ver, basically set the general shape of the setting today.
- On May 19, 2020, led tby the artist Rurudo, he did not have a soul substitute of his own to enter the situation, LOLO-chan's Live2D model was made public.
