Tan Qinghua is a Chinese male voicebank for the voice synthesis free software UTAU. The voice library was officially released on July 23, 2014, and Japanese and English voice libraries have been added since then.
Tan Qinghua was one of the design entries in the 2013 VOCALOID-CHINA design contest, but eventually lost. The gender was changed to male during the competition because the organizer required the gender to be female, but Qinghua's voice provider was male.

The setting at the time of the competition
She is in the sixth grade. She is a young girl who is mistaken for a boy and receives love letters even though she has long hair. She seldom speaks at school because she wants to protect her voice and does not want to get into trouble if people find out that her voice is different from her appearance. She often records late and is chronically sleep deprived, so she is often misunderstood as a bad student. She is really just a nice kid who is not very talkative and has a natural facial palsy. She dresses in a Chinese school uniform with a red scarf, which fits the characteristics of a modern Chinese student. The clothes are designed with Chinese celadon as an element, and the accessories are mostly Chinese knots and Chinese red ropes, giving the character a strong Chinese atmosphere.
