Warning

This template is designed to prevent vertical bars in templates from being parsed incorrectly.

If the vertical bar of the template exists as text rather than as a separator, there will be unpredictable parsing errors, resulting in template confusion. This template should be used in place of ||.

This template does not work in tables.

The associated template {{!}} has been officially supported by MediaWiki in version 1.24. Please do not create this template.
