Tomoe Shinohara (篠原ともえ) is a Japanese singer, fashion designer and actress.
Introduction
She was born on March 29, 1979 in Ome City, Tokyo, Japan. She graduated from a fashion designing course at Bunka Fashion College (now Bunka Gakuen University).
She was one of the impulsers of the "Decora" style, which originated in Harajuku: "Decora" is a street fashion style involving clothes with various decorative elements, very bright colors, face stickers, and many accessories.
She is best known for being a host in Fuji TV's Love Love Aishiteru, where she hosted a corner called Tomoe Shinohara's Pri Pri Pretty, in which she interviewed celebrities backstage, one of them being Julio Iglesias.
