Wood power is the ability to control the wood elements and things with wood attributes. It is a special ability in ACG works.
This also includes the ability to use flowers, grass, trees, vines, and other plants.
Introduction
"Wood" not only refers to wood, but also includes all wood-attributed things such as plants. The essence of wood-power is the ability to control plants. Compared with users of other natural element abilities, there are relatively few characters who use plants. Some works set plants as part of the Earth element. Wood power includes the following:
- Ability to promote/control plant growth;
- Ability to drive plants to attack;
- The ability to transform plants into weapons or use plants to move.
Extended settings
- A small number of people with wood power can use poisonous plants to attack enemies with hypnosis, paralysis, etc.
- In a broad sense, wood may represent "organic" as opposed to "metal" which represents "inorganic".
Weaknesses
- It is possible to only control plants, but not create them. If you cannot create plants, it will be disadvantageous to fight in areas without plants, such as deserts, factories or wastelands. At the same time, in works that follow natural phenomena and rules such as laws of physics, geography and meteorology, plants cannot be freely spawned and controlled in areas with low temperature.
- High-intensity lightning and ionizing radiation.
- A person with this ability may only be able to control a certain type or a few types of plants.
- Since metal overcomes wood and wood generates fire among the five elements, plants in reality will be destroyed by metal products, and most of them can be easily burned. Therefore, the ability of fire and the ability to manipulate metal can restrain them.
