- The following clause is added to the provisional policy of English Moegirlpedia and is not currently present in the original. It shall be kept in future updates. The eligibility of participation is based on user group only and is checked at the wiki the vote is held. Users that do not hold a required user group status at English Moegirlpedia cannot use their user group status from Moegirlpedia of a different language to qualify as a voter.
