Ultraman Mebius
On the way to Earth, he found a wrecked spaceship. A member of the ship's crew, Hiroto Ban, chose to sacrifice himself in order to save his father, and was sucked into space. Mebius regretted not being able to save Hiroto in time. So Mebius disguised as a human in the image of Hiroto, hoping to make up for Captain Ban's inner pain. He requested to live with Captain Ban, but was rejected, however, the captain thanked Mirai for his thoughts and wished Mebius happiness every day on Earth, so he gave him the name "Mirai Hibino".[1]
When he first came to Earth, he was attacked by monsters, and stumbled upon a group of people, who would later become the future members of GUYS, to help the rabbits in a kindergarten. While fighting the monster, the original members of GUYS were almost all killed, but Mirai transformed into Ultraman Mebius and fought the monsters. Although Mebius was victorious, Ryu Aihara, the last surviving member, was displeased with Mebius' battle method of destroying most of the city while circling the enemy, and scolded him. Mebius was deeply touched, and gradually learned to pick the field for combat in the subsequent battles.
After the disappearance of the original GUYS team, Mirai was invited by the new captain, Shingo Sakomizu, to join the new GUYS team. With his persistence and kindness, he impressed the partners that he met before. And in the constant battling, Mirai also learned many precious qualities from everyone, such as "strength" and "friendship".
In the process of defending Earth, he encountered a person who resembled the former captain of GUYS, Serizawa, who often assisted Mebius in secret. Mirai felt strange and uneasy. After continuous battles and encounters, the truth came out: his true form was Hunter Knight Tsurugi, who once was tasked to monitor and protect a planet, but said planet was destroyed by Bogarl. He heard the voices of the planet's inhabitants calling for revenge, turning them into his own armor for battle. Finally, Mirai and his companions reformed Tsurugi, who turned into an Ultraman again. Under Ryu Aihara's proposal, they named him "Ultraman Hikari". In the battles that followed, Hikari and Mebius worked well together, and when Hikari left, he gave Mebius his Knight Brace as well.
The Father of Ultra comes with news: Mebius' Earth defense mission was over, and a new, powerful enemy would invade the Earth next. Mirai was saddened by the thought of saying goodbye to his companions forever, so he gave them souvenirs. But everyone still sensed something suspicious, and asked Mirai why he left. Suddenly, very powerful enemies called "Inpelaizers" invaded. With Earth in crisis and the lives of his companions hanging by a thread, he was forced to reveal that he was an Ultraman. Eventually, Mirai proved himself to be capable of completing the mission with a strong will. Although they knew he was an Ultra, the bond with his partners was not severed; it only grew stronger.
Since then, the monsters that have invaded the Earth have been more difficult to deal with, and Mirai has also been supported by the Ultra Brothers. After several battles, Mirai learned from a friendly alien that the reason why monsters invade slowly is because the "Emperor" installed a transmitter on Earth to guide the monsters to attack. After many struggles, the transmitter was finally destroyed. The Emperor's Four Generals have also made many dangerous moves, continuously trying to destroy the relationship between the people of Earth and Mebius, but these plans were also thwarted--one by one. The final battle had also come: The Emperor, Alien Empera, had descended, threatening to cover up the sun's rays and destroy Earth if the people didn't hand over Mebius. But the people of Earth decided to come together to fight the Emperor's lust. Zamsher, the alien swordsman who had come to help, was killed by Empera, and Ultraman Hikari was also severely injured by him. At that time, the Land of Light's elite force came out. The combined power of the Ultra Brothers, Mirai and his partners gave birth to Mebius Phoenix Brave, and together with Zoffy, who came to aid with the Final Meteor technology, they finally defeated the Emperor.
Mirai finally returned to the Land of Light, and after telling his last thanks to everyone, he headed back home.
