形象设计
乐正绫是画师ideolo根据2011年12月1日开始征集、2012年1月17日公布评选结果的「VOCALOID™ CHINA PROJECT征集人物形象」活动中投稿作品之一「绫彩音」（画师rikuhao投稿）进行重绘的正式角色人设，于2012年3月22日的VOCALOID CHINA最终形象定稿正式公布。
乐正绫的人设并未延用绫彩音的原人设信息，原人设信息请参考条目绫彩音。
乐正绫与绫彩音并非一次设定与二次设定的关系。她们是「正式人设」与「初稿」的关系。
关于名字
乐正（Yuè zhèng 乐正）姓源流单纯，源出有一：出自周代世袭乐正官之后，以职官职为氏。周朝时有管理乐队的官职叫乐正，司掌音乐声律，其后代子孙以此为荣，遂以祖上的职官命姓，称乐正氏。
