Reverse-Flash is a supervillain appearing in works by American publisher DC Comics.
Introduction
Eobard Thawne was a professor at the Flash Museum in the 25th century. He became obsessed with the Flash, and even tried to replicate the same laboratory accident that gave him his powers. He decided to travel back in time to meet him, but he was horrified to hear his fate: that he would become a villain and the Flash would defeat him. This angered Thawne, causing him to go to the 21st century and start ruining Barry's life.
