Sakuya Tachibana is a character in Kamen Rider Blade, a Japanese TV series based on the works of Shotaro Ishinomori. He transforms into Kamen Rider Garren.

Introduction
Graduated from South Herbie University, became a Kamen Rider earlier than Kazuma, and guided Kenzaki as a senior.
His girlfriend is Sayoko Fukasawa, and he often spends nights with her.

Kamen Rider Blade
In the first episode, he and Kenzaki worked together to seal the Undead, and he was always dissatisfied with the director, Kei Karasuma, believing that Karasuma created the Rider System with a special purpose. When the Undead incident broke out in BOARD, he disappeared for no reason and took away Karasuma. Sakuya, leaving behind Kenzaki who was fighting the Undead alone, was considered by Shiro Hirose to be the real murderer who released the Undead.
In the snow and the undead battle fell into the wind, and was rushed by Kenzaki to help. When he was about to leave, he was caught up by Jianzaki and asked whether the undead incident in BOARD was his own doing. He denied Kenzaki's questioning and advised Kenzaki that the Rider System was dangerouse, and its excessive use can cause injuries to the body and eventually death, then told him to leave him alone. Soon after, he found Hirose Shiori who was looking for Karasuma, took her to the place where Karasuma was placed, and also told Hirose Shiro what he thought was the "truth of the Rider System", and gave Hirose Shirio the key to let Hirose. Seto can freely enter and exit the place where Karasuma is protected.

After finding the place where Kenzaki was captured, he broke into the testing ground and fought with Chalice and Undead together with Jianzaki, but because of his inner fear, he was unable to exert Garren's strength, and then fled with Kenzaki. Afterwards, he was found by Isaka (square Jack) and showed him that he could cure his physical problems, so he followed Isaka and used ancient plants to restore his combat power.
Later, because Sayoko's repeated dissuasion caused Isaka's dissatisfaction, Sayoko was directly killed by Isaka. After Sayoko died, Tachibana also woke up and was no longer afraid of fighting. He fought with Isaka along with Kenzaki on the beach and finally sealed him with his own hands. After Isaka was sealed, Tachibana also thought that he was no longer qualified to be a Rider, so he gave his belt and Garren transformation card to Kenzaki and left.
Tachibana, who had lost his will to fight, also asks his senior Kiryu, who is also a Garren-qualified person, to become Garren again, but Kiryu refuses the request due to his jealousy towards Tachibana. In chapter 19, in order to let Kiryu, who was controlled by plum A, find himself, Tachibana regained his fighting spirit and became Kamen Rider Garren again.
At the same time, he is also very concerned about Mutsuki, who was controlled by the type Ace and turned into a knight in pursuit of power (similar experience). In the end, with the help of Mr. Island (Plum King) and Shiroko (Plum Queen) and everyone else, Mutsuki completely got rid of the control of the type Ace and became a real knight on his own. During the battle with Undead, Hajime and Aikawa continued to improve their understanding and began to accept Aikawa Hajime, and the bond with Kenzaki became deeper and deeper. He got the enhancement system that Karasuma developed for Kamen Rider Garren, and turned into Garren Jack Form.
Hajime Aikawa, who was injured in the battle with the last undead cube King, sacrificed himself to seal the cube King and was considered dead.
In the last episode, Kenzaki appeared when he was fighting the black cockroach alone, and the head of Karasuma rescued the exhausted Kenzaki. When Aikawa began to learn that Kenzaki had turned into a Joker and left, he shouted to Kenzaki.

In the movie, He took over the research institute from Director Karasuma who died in the attack of White Joker, and rejoined the battle because more than half of the Undead cards that had been sealed for a long time were unsealed.
