Magolor (Japanese: マホロア) is a character in the Kirby video game series created by HAL Laboratory.

Introduction

A traveler who Kirby met in Dream Land, who pilots the starship called "Lor Starcutter".

He likes playing tricks, and has some bad intentions. But it is also true that he considers Kirby and the others as his friends.

History

Kirby's Return to Dream Land

In order to seize the Master Crown, he sailed the Lor Starcutter to Halcandra. However, he was defeated by Landia, and landed in Planet Popstar to ask Kirby for help.

Kirby and his party helped Magolor repair the Lor Starcutter and defeat Landia, but at that moment, Magolor took the Master Crown and told Kirby and the others about his true intentions. He wants to use the power of the Master Crown to take over Popstar and the entire universe, but his plan was thwarted by Kirby and friends. After being defeated by Kirby, the Master Crown shattered, and Magolor disappeared into an interdimensional rift...

Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe

The plot is the same as that of the original version, the difference is that in this work Magolor can give more assistance to Kirby and others. In another world, he built a theme park named Merry Magoland (mini-game mode). The extra mode Magolor Epilogue tells the story of where Magolor went after being defeated by Kirby and others, and his repentance, atonement and coming to the Kirby Clash universe.

Actually, Magolor is not so evil, but the Master Crown is able to amplify the darkness of the bearer's heart, causing Magolor to become evil and out of control after wearing it. After the Master Crown was destroyed by Kirby, Magolor was also knocked into the abyss of some interdimensional space and lost all his powers.

During the interdimensional journey, Magolor found that collecting the pieces of the Gem Apple could restore his powers, so he managed to gather all five pieces of the gem, restoring it to its original shape and giving him his magic powers back. But a Doomer, wearing the Master Crown, swallowed the Gem Apple, becoming a Crowned Doomer. After the battle, the pieces of the Master Crown took over the Gem Apple, turning it into the Tree Crown Without a King. But Magolor successfully puts up a fight to destroy the Master Crown.

Magolor, with the freshly-sprouted Gem Apples, went through the portal, and came to the world of Team Kirby Clash Deluxe, becoming a merchant.
