Manee Rakphaothai (Thai: มานี รักเผ่าไทย) is one of the characters in the Thai elementary school textbooks Mana Manee Piti Chujai.
Introduction
Manee is a character from Thai textbooks. Often found in Thai textbooks and in some Thai language passages, she first appeared in Mana Manee Piti Chujai, First Grade, Lesson 1.
She is the main character of Mana Manee Piti Chujai. Her family lives in a rural village on the side of a mountain, and their house is a tall building. She has an older brother named Mana.
In Lesson 27, Manee became of school age, and her mother bought her a school uniform. As soon as Manee heard that she was going to school, she shouted with joy: "Chaiyo! Chaiyo!" (in Thai, it is written "ไชโย ไชโย"). In Lesson 28, she appears in a Thai school uniform for the first time. In the second grade textbook, she came to the city for the first time.
Manee is also endorsing a hotpot restaurant in Bangkok called "Manee Me More" (มานีมีหม้อ). The logo of this hotpot restaurant is Manee sitting in a pot.
