Moegirlpedia uses Creative Commons — Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported — CC BY-SA 3.0 license which Wikipedia uses too. That means, you can copy contents between Moegirlpedia and Wikipedia, only to sign the original address. But please notice that Chinese Moegirlpedia uses different license, the MOE language there is good but please always remember 2 rewrite when the license argues.
