Background
The Science World has science and the Wizarding World(This is not Harry Potter) has magic. The background is Academy City. Academy City has 2.3 million populations. The 80% of populations are the students. The technology here is 20-30 years ahead of the world. "Develop superpowers" is the content of lessons. According to ability , it can be divided into 6 levels , the Level 0-5. This City has not any polices. Judgement from students and Anti-skill from teachers are replacing the polices. The protagonist "Kamijo Toma" is a simple high school student. Although he was Level0 but he isn't haven't any power. His Imagine Breaker can invalidate all superpowers and magic. One morning , he meets a nun called Index. After this time , his life is changed. A girl has 13 thousands magic books and a boy can invalidate all the superpowers and magic , will confront many thrilling stories.
