Benjamin Kirby "Ben" Tennyson is a character in the Ben 10 series, created by Cartoon Network Studios.

Introduction

"Classic" TV series

Born in Bellwood, he accidentally obtained the power of the Omnitrix when he went on summer vacation with his Grandpa Max and cousin Gwen when he was 10 years old, giving him the ability to transform into aliens. He has thick hair, pale skin, and despite his athletic prowess, he appears to be thin. He was allergic to peanuts and had a fear of clowns (although he always tried to hide this by saying he was afraid of peacocks), a phobia left over from seeing a clown show when he was five years old.

Even at 16 years old, Ben was rather arrogant and somewhat immature. He is also quite funny and humorous. Although sometimes others think he is too immodest, he often uses humor to fight his fears. In addition, he is also a brave and kind-hearted person who is always willing to help others. As he grows older, Ben becomes more serious, mature and willing to dedicate himself to others. His idealism sometimes led him to defy Azmuth, making the latter dissatisfied with him. But he also won praise from many people. However, if he fails to accomplish his goals, he will become angry and even resort to violence, and sometimes he is unwilling to show mercy.

His outfit changed significantly from series to series, but some basic features have been retained. He always wears the Omnitrix on his left wrist. In the "classic" series, he wore a white T-shirt with a black stripe, army green overalls, and black- and white-striped sneakers. In Alien Force/Ultimate Alien, he changed to a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and a green jacket with the number 10 written on it, and also wears black and white canvas shoes. In Omniverse, he has a black T-shirt with a green stripe and a white number 10 in the middle. He also wears brown cargo pants and green and white shoes. In addition, he sometimes wears a white hoodie with green stripes with a number 10 on the right side.
