Plot
Junior high school student Kezuru wakes up from a mysterious dream in which he was wearing wizard robes, and encountered a mysterious creature known as a "Mazin". The next day, Kezuru's friend Kuracchi shows him a new card game called "Mazica Party", and sees that one of the characters in the cards looks exactly the same as the one was dreaming about. That night, he is attacked by an invisible spirit who controls some balloons. Just when he was about to lose hope, his Mazica Gear starts glowing, and a book with a card appears in front of him. When he scratches the card, the spirit and the balloons merge, turning into a Mazin called Balunyer, which Kezuru decides to make a contract with.

Mazin
Mazin (マジン) are the main focus of the series. These are creatures that take on their current form by fusing their spirits with an object. There are six types of Mazin: Tool, Digital, Wear, Vehicle, Food, and Build. Originally, the Mazin were sealed inside Mazin Cards (マジンカード).
- Balunyer (バルニャー)
- A Mazin born from the fusion of a cat spirit and a balloon, and Kezuru's partner.
- Wanisuke (ワニスケ)
- Kuracchi's partner Mazin, born from the fusion of a crocodile spirit with a skateboard.
- Jagooja (ジャグージャ)
- Kanna's partner, who is a Mazin born from the fusion between a water faucet and a snake spirit.
- Fukulock (フクロック)
- A Mazin that resembles an owl, and is modeled after a digital watch. He is Kezuru's second partner.
- Diskou (ディスコウ)
- Mazin resulting from the fusion between an anglerfish spirit and a disco ball. One of Kezuru's partners.
- Oneknight (ワンナイト)
- Silver's partner, a Mazin born from the fusion between a dog spirit and a sword.
