Vice is a character in Kamen Rider Revice, a tokusatsu TV series created by Toei based on the works of Shotaro Ishinomori.

Introduction

He is the "inner demon" of Ikki Igarashi, who is carefree, rebellious and naughty. He can transform into Kamen Rider Vice and fight with Ikki against the Deadmans.

Vice's wish is to be freed from Ikki's body and have his own. He will often ridicule Ikki and even fight with him. Their arguments resemble manzai duo routines.

History

Kamen Rider Saber

He appeared suddenly when Touma Kamiyama and Kento Fukamiya are dealing with a Grasshopper Megido.

Along with Ikki, he used the Megalodon ViStamp together with Kamen Riders Saber and Espada to defeat the Megido, and recover the Batta Proto ViStamp that has not been adjusted by George Karizaki.

Hearing George Karizaki say that this is not the goal of recycling, and to continue to recycle 10 kinds of sin seals, he even complained and wanted to strike and not do it.

He was seen by Yuri and she dispelled him with the sword Saikou.

Revi and Vice after transforming

Kamen Rider Revice

When Ikki Igarashi made a drink with high sugar content to Masaru Irabe, who had been taking good care of the bathhouse, he reminded Ikki that it was very dangerous to consume too much sugar.

Ikki has been able to see Vice's physical body since Ikki saw news reports of a giant demonic deal appearing in Tokyo Bay.

During the appointment ceremony of the Fenix sub-commander, during the sudden attack by Deadmans, Vice induced Ikki to press the Rex ViStamp to get him out of his body.

He punched the Mammoth Deadman with one punch, and looked at the injured Koji Igarashi.

Ikki used the Revice Driver to forcibly retract Vice into his body, and transformed into Kamen Rider Vice. As for Ikki, he transformed into Kamen Rider Revi, and the two fought both Deadmans together.

After the battle, George Karizaki called him Kamen Rider Vice, and thus had his own name - Vice.

In the battle that followed, he not only wanted to attack Ikki's younger brother, Daiji, but also induced others to release their own demons. Then Ikki became furious and beat Vice violently when he found out.

After hearing about the accident, Ikki returned the Revice Driver to Daiji on the grounds that he was "unqualified to use it" and went to the scene of the accident to face the Deadmans in a physical manner.

Because if Ikki died, he would also die, Vice is forced to make a formal contract with Ikki - to never corrupt others and help Ikki protect his family in the future.

When Daiji was possessed by Kagerou, Vice pointed out to Ikki that Daiji was still fighting to get his body back, and the two worked together to rescue Daiji.

When the demon in Sakura's heart showed signs of materialization, Vice was the first to observe the signs of the demon's appearance. Later, Vice named the demon Lovekov.

While the FENIX headquarters landed on the ground to replenish supplies, Ikki's Driver and ViStamp were temporarily recovered by Karizaki for reinforcement. During this period, DeadMans attacked the headquarters of FENIX with the help of the inner ghost. Ikki could only fight hard in human form. Vice kept asking Ikki to materialize him so he can help him fight, but Ikki didn't want to because he would lose control again. He repeatedly refused, but after recalling what my father said about "trust", he finally made up my mind to believe in Vice, and used the Rex ViStamp to materialize him.

The trust between the two successfully promoted the strengthening process of Rex ViStamp, creating the Barid Rex ViStamp that gathered the power of ten ViStamps, and obtained an enhanced Barid Rex Genome form. When Vice saw that he didn't evolve with him, he questioned Karizaki. Karizaki said that Vice had mocked the Jackal Genome form he designed before, so he was angry and didn't want to design a new form for Vice,[1] Vice could only pick up the parts dropped by Ikki when he transformed and assemble them into a shield to join the fight, eventually repelling Deadmans.

After that, Ikki came to FENIX's base and expressed his desire to save the remaining three Deadmans to George Karizaki. George showed Ikki the Volcano ViStamp, but warned him that if used improperly, he would be burned by hellfire, so Ikki and Vice went to George's virtual space to train first.

After a lot of training, the training of the two has become fine. At this time, Olteca appeared and turned into a geek Giffterian, so Daiji and Kadota went to stop it but failed. At this time, Ikki and Vice arrived and scolded Olteca's behavior, and then transformed and battled the Giffterian.

But they did not succeed in separating from the Giffterian, and Olteca taunted Ikki, saying he couldn't save anything with his power. An angry Ikki immediately rushed towards Olteca, but also lost his synchronization with Vice and was seriously burned by the strong side effects of the Volcano ViStamp.

During the hospitalization, Karizaki withdrew the seal on the grounds that the Volcano ViStamp would pose a danger to Ikki's life. Ikki regretted that he could not save more lives, and expressed that he did not want Vice to be in danger because of himself. Vice went directly to Ikki's house. Inside his inner world, Vice enlightens Ikki, telling him that he and he are one existence, and the bond between the two becomes stronger. Ikki used the seal to materialize Vice, dragged his wounded body with the help of Vice to find Karizaki to get the Volcano ViStamp back, and perfectly used the Volcano Rex and Barid Rex Genomes to defeat Julio (Wolf Deadman) in a rampant state, for the first time separating humans and demons who have been transformed into Tier 3 Deadmans.

He distrusted FENIX because of Kadota's affairs, and deliberately pretended to be materialized and ran away to avoid FENIX's inspection. Later, when Karizaki offered to help Ikki recover, he refused. Only after Ikki's persuasion did he decide to believe Karizaki. In the end, Ikki regained his body, but he also merged with Vice.

Trivia

  • Some people speculate that Vice's desire to eat Ikki's mother and Daiji at first came from the darkest thoughts in Ikki's heart; similar to the relationship between Emu Hojo and Parado.
  1. Later, he learned that the hunter even wanted to remove Vice to complete the last 1% of Barid Rex
