XiaoIce[1](小冰Xiǎobīng) is a chatbot developed by Microsoft Research in China.

Introduction

XiaoIce first appeared on May 30, 2013 in China.

Microsoft also released a Japanese version of XiaoIce named Rinna on both Twitter and Line. But the English version, Tay, who serves on Twitter, has been offline because of dirty words.

Then, Microsoft released an American XiaoIce called Zo on Messenger.[2]
