Batman is a character created by DC Comics.
Introduction
He first appeared in the first issue of Detective Comics, published in March 30, 1939.
The person behind the mask of Batman is Bruce Wayne, who witnessed his parents being murdered as a young boy. He was then taken in by his parents' butler Alfred, who took care of him.
