Bardiche (Japanese: バルディッシュ) is an object appearing in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and its derivative works.
Introduction
It first appeared in Episode 1 of the original series. It uses the Midchildan magic system. It was developed by Linis, and wielded by Fate. It is an Intelligent Device, and like Nanoha's Raising Heart, it has a super-high AI. Bardiche was damaged many times in battle, in A's, after Fate was defeated by Signum of the Wolkenritter, a "Belkan magic cartridge system" was installed in it, along with Raising Heart. Its name was also changed to Bardiche Assault (バルディッシュアサルト).
Modes
Originally, Bardiche has three forms: Device Form (デバイスフォーム), which has an axe-like appearance, Scythe Form (サイズフォーム), for close-range attacks, and Sealing Form (シーリングフォーム), for capturing Jewel Seeds.

Bardiche Assault
Its upgraded form has modes whose moves employ the "Belkan magic cartridge system": Assault Form (アサルトフォーム), Haken Form (ハーケンフォーム), and Zanber Form (ザンバーフォーム). The original moves had also been upgraded, and several new techniques originate from the Zanber Form:
