She was introduced in August 31, 2018 as a 2nd generation member of Kagayaki Stars.
Her main activities are song covers or original songs, and she rarely does livestreams.
She loves singing, cats, and sweets. She specializes in many styles of songs.
In one of her livestreams, she said she likes Munchkin cats. She likes desserts, especially of the mint chocolate flavor.
She is not good at speaking in front of people. She always drinks coffee with granulated sugar and milk with syrup.
Name origin: "Hana" (花, meaning "flower") is to give the impression of gentleness, "Basami" (from "hasami" (鋏), meaning "scissors") is a reference to the constellation Cancer, and "Kyo" (キョウ) comes from the kanji "kyo" (镜), meaning "mirror".

On July 19, 2019, she held her first solo livestream.
