Ichika Zero (Japanese: イチカゼロ) is a character of Shinshou iMarine Project. She is described to be a "mysterious heroine that leads to the center of the story" (物語の核心につながる謎多きヒロイン).
Profile
She is a member of SALVATION_NAVY, EDEN's Special Affairs Division.
She first appears in Chapter 2, "Riddle". In a room full of clocks, iMarine and Kaito approach a mysterious girl, who tells them she does not remember who she is. She tells them their name. Under the control of SALVATION_NAVY, Ichika Zero is ordered to attack iMarine and the others in Suishogu. In the RPG World, she followed iMarine, Kaito and Isana through the dungeon. While they were facing the "King of the Dead", Ichika stepped in and fought him. She told iMarine to not interfere with her mission or she will be eliminated. Kaito tried to talk with Ichika, hoping she would remember the time they first met a week ago. Ichika revealed that she was only helping SALVATION_NAVY in the hopes they would help her figure out who she really was, but they lied to her and sealed her memories away. While on their quest to reunite the members of the Free Armored Orchestra, Ichika encouraged Moray, the bassist, to join iMarine.
In Coatlic Park, ELEUSIA's town square, iMarine and Ichika sang the song that Rei showed them, which caused the code of the location to be altered and the inhabitants of the city to suddenly remember their memories, causing them severe pain. iMarine and Ichika fainted due to exhaustion, and were captured by SALVATION_NAVY.
At ELEUSIA's main console, Kaito used his admin rights to free iMarine and Ichika, and convinced his father Takumi that they were actually friends. After that, iMarine and Ichika faced the firewall that sealed ELEUSIA, and started singing their song.
Just then, iMarine and the others found themselves in the outside world. As it turns out, an alien civilization had found the satellite where ELEUSIA's server was located and started a rescue mission to save those trapped inside, transferring their digitized selves into artificial human bodies. iMarine and Ichika realized that they have finally gotten the freedom they wanted. Also, she has gained an interest in seafood.
