Problem when using visual editor

When I was trying to use visual editor, there was a piece of information like this:

Error loading data from server: apierror-visualeditor-docserver-http-error: (curl error: 7) Couldn't connect to server. Would you like to retry?

So I come here to raise this problem I encountered.
