Konami Holdings Corporation (Japanese: コナミホールディングス株式会社) is a Japanese holding company.

Its subsidiary, Konami Digital Entertainment (Japanese: 株式会社コナミデジタルエンタテインメント) is Japan's leading game and entertainment company.

History

Konami was established in 1969, initially as a jukebox repairing company. Later, they took this opportunity to enter the field of arcade development.

In 1986, Konami completed its new offices in Kobe, the Tokyo main offices were established in 1992, and in 1999, the group's headquarters was relocated to Tokyo.
