Nora is a character from the Krosmoz, a fictional universe created by Ankama.
Introduction
She is an Eliatrope and one of the original members of the Council of Six. She is the main character of the game Islands of Wakfu, along with her dragon Efrim.
History
Past
Some time after the creation of the Krosmoz, Nora and Efrim were born into the world by the Great Goddess Eliatrope, because she wanted to have children, more than anything. These twelve quasi-divine children, six Eliatropes and their twin Dragons, lived, died, then were reborn from their Dofus, magical dragon eggs. These Eliatropes with special status organized themselves into a Council of Six, in order to govern the other Eliatropes, born in a natural way.
Islands of Wakfu
In -11000, the Eliatropes welcomed on their planet a traveling people, the Mechasms. They lived in harmony for centuries, until -10201, when a war broke out between the two races. Crushed by the power of the Mechasms, the Eliatropes had to flee into the Krosmoz aboard their vessel, the Zinit. They wandered for thirty years before finding a new land of welcome: the future World of Twelve. They founded the Vili colony there.
In -10000, Nora and Efrim, recently reincarnated, were the youngest members of the Council. It was at this moment that the Mechasms chose to find the Eliatropes. In order to arm them for an inevitable second war, Mina and Glip had to hasten Nora and Efrim's initiation. During their quest, they recovered the Dofus of King Yugo and his twin brother Adamaï, as well as the Eliacube, which they entrusted to the good care of another Dragon of the Council: Grougaloragran.
Freed from this duty, they were able to leave to finally face Orgonax, the youngest of the Mechasms and the origin of the war. But the power gap was huge, and Nora and Efrim were no luckier than the other fallen members of the Council of Six. In desperation, Nora implored the Great Goddess Eliatrope to end the endless suffering of her people. She heard it from the depths of her retreat. She released an explosion of Wakfu that wiped out all life on the planet, and scattered the Eliatrope Dofus to the four winds.
Wakfu TV series
It wasn't until 983 that the Dragon Balthazar, one of the few survivors of the war, found Nora and Efrim's Dofus. To this day, they still have not reincarnated.
