Transformation is a special ability that appears in ACG works.

Introduction

The ability to "transform" is the ability to change one's physique and body composition.

There are two types. The first one is an ordinary person with average strength transforming into an individual with special abilities. For example, some characters are ordinary people but have hidden powers in their bodies. After transformation, they will have special abilities. There are also some characters who are possessed by/fused with/assimilated by certain creatures, and transform into another creature completely after transformation.

The second type is a being that is stronger than ordinary people, and transforms into a form that is stronger than the existing one, or has a special function. For example some characters can change their physique/strength through some means (magic, superpowers) in a short or long period of time to make themselves into a state that is much stronger than their normal state, adding superpowers, magic, etc. to themselves.

Usually, a character's transformation has a time limit. Of course, it is not ruled out that some have no time limit and can maintain their post transformed state indefinitely. This type of character may be actually be the original form after transformation, and deliberately suppress the strength before transformation.

Weaknesses

• Transformation states often have a time limit, either due to high energy consumption or the load on the body.
• The transformation may fail due to interruption in the process.
• Some transformations may automatically disappear when receiving a powerful attack.
• The transformation state may cause physical damage, mental interference (such as going berserk) and other adverse effects on the transformed person.
