This format is suitable for the introduction of television animation, web animation, or other animated media. For animated films, use {{Film Infobox}}.
If the animation is the derivative work of a comic, a game or a novel, then do not use this template. However, you can use it in the "Derivative works" subsection of the main article. If, and only if, the animated work is significantly different from the source material, that is, when it is not possible to introduce the animation and the source material together in terms of content, you can use this as the main template.

Fields content
Animation Infobox
This field is required.
{{Animation Infobox |title = |image = |caption = |tabs = |original name = |translation name = |region = |classification = |original run = |episodes = |studio = |director = |writer = |music = |voiced by = |licensee = |state = |linked works = }}

First paragraph
The first paragraph is a brief description of the work, accounting for the author or producer of the work, the genre, and the airdate.
The general format of the first paragraph is:
'''''Work Name''''' is a/an '''Work Genre''' animated series created by '''''Producer Name''''', which started being broadcast on [Premiere Date] on [Platform] (TV channel, web streaming service)], with derivative works such as (comics, games, novels, etc.)
The format is not fixed, a one-sentence description of the work is sufficient.
Plot
This section provides a core synopsis of the work. The source could come from an official website. If the source is from another website, you need to rewrite it in your own words. The part of the plot is the one that the visitors most want to see, so it needs to be described in full here. If there are spoilers, {{Spoiler}} needs to be added.
Characters
This section introduces the characters that appear in the work. A description of the main characters is enough, no need to make an extensive list. Depending on the situation, it may be necessary for the editor to organize their own words before summarizing.
Lore
This section provides an introduction to some of the major plot elements in the work, especially ones with a whole new lore.
Staff
This section lists the show's production staff. It can usually be found in the show's opening and ending credits.
Voice cast
This section lists the voice actor cast of the animation, which can be usually found in the ending credits.
Episodes

Derivative works
If there are spin-off works, for example, comics, games, or novels based on the animation, then fill in this field. If not, delete it.
Other
This section can be used to describe anecdotes related to the work's production, or memes related to it.
This section lists relevant navbox templates, you can use existing ones or create your own. (Help:Creating work templates)
External links
Affiliated external links, generally the official website for the animation.

- Use "Category:Works about XX" to specify the theme of the work, for example: Category:Works about aliens, Category:Works about war. Depending on the situation, you can write more than one.
