The term "autoconfirmed user" means that the registration time and the number of edits reach a certain standard, and the MediaWiki system recognizes them as users with active editing intentions.

At present, Moegirlpedia's autoconfirmation standard is that the user needs to simultaneously meet the two conditions of the number of edits[note 1]reaching 10 and the registration time reaching 24 hours.

At the same time, the user must verify their email address, otherwise the system cannot automatically grant permissions.

  • Not be affected by IP-based rate limits (autoconfirmed)
  • Edit pages protected as "Allow only autoconfirmed users" (editsemiprotected)
  • Upload files from a URL (upload_by_url)
  • Perform CAPTCHA-triggering actions without having to go through the CAPTCHA (skipcaptcha)
  • Move pages (move)
  • Move root user pages (move-rootuserpages)
  • Move pages with their subpages (move-subpages)
  • Move category pages (move-categorypages)
  • Move files (movefile)
  • Reset failed or transcoded videos so they are inserted into the job queue again (transcode-reset)
  • Edit the content model of a page (editcontentmodel)
  • View the abuse log (abusefilter-log)
  • View abuse filters (abusefilter-view)
  • View detailed abuse log entries (abusefilter-log-detail)

  1. "Edits" refers to the number of edits made by a user on Moegirlpedia, and does not count in the number of comments made in the comment area at the bottom of the page. The number of edits of the user can be confirmed in " Preferences "→"User profile"→"Number of edits:".
