Mitsuko Kongō (Japanese:婚后（こんごう）光子（みつこ）) is a character of the light novel series A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Railgun. She is a second grade transfer student of Tokiwadai Middle School, and a level 4 Aero Hand. Born and raised in a wealthy family, she grown up as a spoiled one with less knowledge with the world. Always do things that she actually could not. She is pride and innocent, but still, a kind person. She has a ratsnake called "Ekaterina-chan."
