- The text of the policies has been deliberated and adopted by the community.
- All users have the responsibility to follow the policies outlined in this text.
- If you see a need to amend or change the policy, please start a discussion thread on the discussion board.
- If the policy does need to be amended/changed, please start a corresponding proposal.

Full text
- The comment section of Moegirlpedia is a part of Moegirlpedia, and both Administrators and Patrollers have the authority to manage the comment section of the page.
- Administrators and Patrollers shall regularly process the comments section of the page in accordance with the provisions of Articles 2, 3 and 4 of this policy.
- Administrators and Patrollers should accept the user's request for processing the page comment area, and provide the user with timely feedback on the processing results.
- Administrators and Patrollers should regularly check the content of the reported comments, the illegal comments will be removed; in addition, the administrator needs to remove the reporting mark of comments that do not violate the law.
- The above is not a mandatory obligation, but we still hope that Administrators and Patrollers will do proper management of the comment area.
- Comments involving the following content should be deleted immediately:
- Sensitive information that endangers national and community security.
- Obscene and pornographic content.
- Unrelated advertising-type content (spam).
- Content such as fraudulent links/phishing trojans/donation purchase links.
- Web sharing links with sensitive content or that violate the law (e.g. copyright infringement).
- Completely gibberish type of content.
- The same content sent repeatedly by the same user (i.e. swiping).
- Content that is personally offensive/insulting/intentionally offensive to others.
- Offensive: i.e. resorting to the personal elements of the other person in the discussion (personality, motivation, attitude, identity, etc.).
- Insults: attacks on the other party with abusive, discriminatory content.
- Deliberately offensive: deliberately posting controversial content to cause discomfort to others.
- Content that causes serious discomfort/anger/fear/shock.
- Content that impersonates or harasses others.
- Other special cases that are subjectively determined by the administrators after discussion.
- The sender of comments involving the following shall be banned for a number of days, etc., in accordance with the banning policy.
- New users who send comments involving paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 of Article 2 within the comment area shall be immediately banned.
- Users who repeatedly send offending content in the comment section and continue to send offending content even after being reminded.
- Under certain circumstances, the administrators of the comment section may add a regular blacklist after discussion to aid in the management of the comment section.
- If the Administrator and the Patroller repeatedly perform illegal management operations in the comment section, it will be considered as a damage to Moegirlpedia and will be handled according to the relevant content in the policy.
