Here is the basic management policy policy of Moegirlpedia, written for administrators, patrollers and other Moegirlpedia maintenance staff.
Page management policy
Article scope
The range of articles that can be created under the "(Main) namespace" is limited by the scope of inclusion, see Moegirlpedia:Scope of Inclusion.

Page deletion policy
When a page is involved in one of the following situations, the maintainer should delete it. If a non-maintainer finds a page in one of the following situations, he/she can request it in the Operation Request section, and the maintainer will confirm it and decide whether to deal with it. The maintainer should note that in such cases, the user's request must be fully examined and the reason for deletion/speedy deletion must be specified, and that "user request" is an acceptable reason for deletion only in some cases.
Maintainers should be aware that deletion of a page is a serious operation and that some of its results are irreversible (e.g. comments on a deleted page are irreversibly lost even if the page is restored). It is the duty of the maintainer to check whether the corresponding page and its content have the possibility of improvement and remedy by other means before marking said page for deletion/speedy deletion.
The following pages should be deleted directly:
- Pages that violate the laws and regulations of the location of Moegirlpedia.
- Pages that violate the content management policy and pose a potential threat to the safety of Moegirlpedia's operations.
- Pages that contain a significant amount of content in categories I-II of the "Specific Disruptive Behavior" section of the Anti-Vandalism Policy.
- Pages that contain more than half of the pages with other meaningless content (generally the third category 1-7 of the "specific vandalism" section).
- Pages in the "Main" namespace that involve the two cases mentioned in the "not included" section of the Scope of Inclusion.
- Pages in the "Main" namespace that infringe on the copyright of others as a whole (only if part of the content infringes on the copyright of others).
- Pages disguised as site policies and guidelines in the "Moegirlpedia:" or "Help:" namespace.
- User pages that are no longer used according to the user's application.
- User pages belonging to user names that comply with the section "Violation of law" of the user name policy.
- Pages that have been improperly redirected in accordance with the "Removal Policy" section of the redirects policy.
- Pages that are no longer used for various reasons.
- To prevent abuse, the reason for discontinued use should be specified in the reason for deletion/deletion.
