Squirrel
"Squirrel" is a term used to refer collectively to animals of the Sciuridae family in the Sciuromorpha suborder.
The squirrel is a rodent widely distributed in all continents except Antarctica and Oceania. The smallest is less than 10 centimeters in length, the largest can reach more than 70 centimeters.
Squirrels have sharp toenails on their paws, hook-shaped, for easy climbing and running. They also have a lightweight body, flexibility, are alert by nature, excellent eyesight, and can escape quickly in the case of natural enemies.
Most squirrels have fuzzy tails, which can be used for warmth and rest. Their body fur varies greatly by species, commonly found in brown, tan, gray, among others.
