The Land of Light (光の国, ひかりのくに) is a location in the Ultra Series created by Tsuburaya Productions.
Introduction
Located in the M78 Nebula, it is the home planet of Ultraman, the Ultra Brothers, and many others. It is a planet which is 3 million light years away from Earth.

- The Land of Light is 60 times bigger than Earth.
History
Thousands of years ago, the people of the Land of Light where ordinary, human-like aliens. However, their planet was orbiting around a dying sun, and when it exploded, they were put in grave danger. Finally, some of the planet's greatest came together and developed the Plasma Spark, an artificial light source that would serve as a substitute for the sun. A tower was built for the spark, so it could reach every corner of the planet. The glow of the Plasma Spark was so powerful, it affected the people of the planet, transforming them into giant silver beings.

Also called the "Great Ultra Wars".
Belial's Revolt
Ultraman Belial was once a young warrior who fought together with Ken. However, he started to become greedy for power. After touching the Plasma Spark and being exposed to its power, he was banished from the Land of Light and sent to the Space Prison, which now orbits the planet as its artificial moon.
Soon, Belial was found by the Alien Reiblood, who fused with him, turning him into a Reionics. With his new powers, Belial decided to get his revenge on the Land of Light...
