Ultraman Belial is a character in the Ultra Series created by Tsuburaya Productions. He first appeared in the movie Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legends.

Introduction
Belial is an Ultra Warrior born in the Land of Light. In the past, he performed well in the Ultimate Wars and was a comrade-in-arms of Ken. One day, Belial couldn't resist the temptation of power. In order to have stronger power, he planned to harness the energy core of the Plasma Spark Tower, but failed because the light overwhelmed him. Because he violated the M78 space security law, he was expelled from the Land of Light and disappeared at the end of the universe. He then met Alien Reiblood. Although Belial resisted at the time, he was forcibly possessed and became an Evil Ultraman.

- The name "Belial" comes from a term of Judeo-Christian mythology, which means worthless, useless, and can be extended to mean evil; at the same time, Belial is also a demon who has a seat in the famous seventy-two demon gods of King Solomon, he is the 68th. Belial used to be an Ultra warrior in the Land of Light, and he was a good friend of Ken. He fought side by side with him in the Ultimate Wars.
