A hair streak is a type of hair coloring, and it also refers to hairstyles that look like they are made in this way. It is a moe point in the ACG subculture.
Introduction
Highlighting usually only selects part of the tress to dye a certain color or a few colors, rather than dyeing it all. It is a method of making multi-colored hair, and the demarcation between different colors of hair is clearer than that of gradient hair. Of course, some ACG characters are born (drawn) with this hair color.
Common in the hairstyles of East Asian black-haired characters in European and American ACG.
